Every weekday we scan a real Bangkok shop's Google Maps visibility with a 5×5 grid and publish the green/red map free. Here's what the maps say and how to read yours.

Every weekday we pick a real Bangkok business — a clinic at The Mall Ngamwongwan, a massage shop in Bang Rak, a dental clinic near On Nut — and run a full 5×5 geo-grid scan of its Google Maps visibility. Then we publish the map for free.

What a daily scan actually is

A geo-grid scan answers one question a single Maps search can't: where in your area does your business show up — and where does it disappear?

We place 25 sample search points in a 5×5 square, 1 km apart, centered on the business. At every point we ask Google the same natural search a customer would type — "คลินิกความงามใกล้ฉัน" (beauty clinic near me), "ร้านนวดใกล้ฉัน" (massage near me) — and record the business's rank at each point.

The result is a map of green and red dots. Green: you're in the top 3 there. Red: you're invisible there — and a competitor gets the call instead.

Why we publish them daily

Reading one of the published maps

Open any fresh scan card and check three things:

The center dot. That's roughly your doorstep. Ranking #1 there is table stakes.
The red corners. Those are neighborhoods actively searching and not finding you. Each red dot is a rough estimate of missed calls.
The competitor table. The same scan shows who does appear in those red zones. That's your real competitor list — not the big brand across town, the shop two soi away.
